Duration of operation: 1,5 to 2,5 hours Information about breast reduction There are various operation techniques. The cut goes always along the areola, downwards to the submammarial fold. If the breasts are very big, there is an extra cut made at the submammarial fold so that more tissue can be removed and so that it can be formed. The gland ad fat tissues will be removed from the breast area as well as surplus skin from the lower breast area. In all cut leaderships, the nipple and the areola must be transferred to a new place. To this it is necessary to handle it over so that the blood receives provision. This provision can take place via parts of the gland tissue or over parts of the skin. In extremely large breasts, this handle could be guaranteed too long around a sufficient circulation, so it must result in these cases as a free transplantation of the nipple. After the intervention:
